Bridge to History Ambassador, Adam Boyd B., met with North Carolina Congressman Chuck Edwards to talk about his trip to Normandy and the importance of sharing the history of WWII with his peers. Adam did a great job!

“Meet Adam, who is one of seven youth selected from across the nation as an ambassador for the Bridge to History program with Operation Meatball. Adam traveled to London to study Churchill War Rooms and has done an immersive study on all five landing beaches and the miracle of D-Day.
We discussed how to increase education about our military history and promoting patriotism in our schools, and he even brought along sand from each of the five beaches at Normandy. Adam, you make WNC proud!”
